As a Senior IC Design Engineer (Design - Analog/Mixed Signal) at DEEP ARROW, you will assume a technical leadership role in our chip design initiatives. Job Responsibilities

● Participate in the design, porting, verification, and silicon characterization of RF and mixed-signal circuits such as PLLs, LC VCOs, RF mixers, RF LNAs, VGAs, Oscillators, LVDS, CML, ADCs/DACs, RF Transceivers, Bias circuits, and related blocks.

● Work in close cooperation with System Architects and Project Manager to deliver in time and according to required specifications

● Responsible for leading the analog design activity for the schematic entry, simulation, and verification of relevant analog IC blocks.

● Work independently and methodically on analyzing design, tool, and technology problems, identifying best solutions, and implementing the solutions in a repeatable fashion that integrates well within the implementation flow.

● Cross function operation with layout, digital, and product team.

● Generate the required documentation and contribute to the validation and debugging of the fabricated silicon

● Meet strict quality and schedule requirements.

Qualifications

● B.Sc./M.Sc./PhD. in Electrical and Electronic Engineering

● 5+ Years of experience in Analog/Mixed-Signal IC design

● Excellent hands on AMS design concepts. Hands on RF is a plus.

● Excellent hands on various EDA tools like Cadence and Mentor Graphics

● Good understanding of solid state circuits layout practices.

● Good understanding of digital design fundamentals and HDL design coding.

● Experience in post silicon validation is a must.

● Experience in chip level AMS verification is compulsory

● Experience in PLL system and circuit design is a plus

● Experience in project management and handling moderate size teams is a plus.

Language Requirement

● Fluency in English (must) 

Travel Requirements

International travel may be required to US, EU or Far East regions.
