QUALIFICATIONS
University Degree preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or relevant field
Excellent communication and negotiation skills
Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Sales, Marketing or Business Development in automotive industry preferably
Proficiency with reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
Very fluent in both written and spoken English
Ability to work within tight deadlines
Excellent using of MS office programmes
Having organizational and coordination skills and proactive approach
Very good drafting, coordination, problem solving, analytical and strategic planning skills
Able to learn and take responsibility proactively
No military service obligation for male candidates
No travel restriction domestic and abroad
Living in Kocaeli or İstanbul Anatolia Side

Researching and identifying new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers’ requirements, partnerships, products, and services or new ways of reaching existing markets
Creates added value for the customer and Rinnova and ensures the successful outcome of transactions, contracts, and proposals by using effective sales techniques.
Understanding and identifying the needs of the potential customers and partners and be able to respond effectively
Manages administrative procedures in sales processes, and supports collection and project management activities when needed.
Developing a business development strategy and plan for proposal preparation during the bid process
Ensures efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers.
Analyzing and evaluating the risks, opportunities and nonconformities related to the bid proposal and sales contract
Arranging and participating in business development meetings with prospective clients
Performing sales and marketing activities which are related to promote the company’s products/services through addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
Prepares sales plans using company tools. Performs regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls.
Identifies and drives the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensures know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.
