Job description


We’re looking for a Sales and Marketing Specialist to join our growing team in Bilişim Vadisi, Gebze, Turkey


QUALIFICATIONS

  • University Degree preferably in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics or relevant field
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills
  • Minimum 2 years of professional experience in Sales, Marketing or Business Development in automotive industry preferably
  • Proficiency with reporting, forecasting, and budgeting
  • Very fluent in both written and spoken English
  • Ability to work within tight deadlines
  • Excellent using of MS office programmes
  • Having organizational and coordination skills and proactive approach
  • Very good drafting, coordination, problem solving, analytical and strategic planning skills
  • Able to learn and take responsibility proactively
  • No military service obligation for male candidates
  • No travel restriction domestic and abroad
  • Living in Kocaeli or İstanbul Anatolia Side


JOP DESCRIPTION


  • Researching and identifying new business opportunities including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers’ requirements, partnerships, products, and services or new ways of reaching existing markets
  • Creates added value for the customer and Rinnova and ensures the successful outcome of transactions, contracts, and proposals by using effective sales techniques.
  • Understanding and identifying the needs of the potential customers and partners and be able to respond effectively
  • Manages administrative procedures in sales processes, and supports collection and project management activities when needed.
  • Developing a business development strategy and plan for proposal preparation during the bid process
  • Ensures efficient marketing activities and value proposition to customers.
  • Analyzing and evaluating the risks, opportunities and nonconformities related to the bid proposal and sales contract
  • Arranging and participating in business development meetings with prospective clients
  • Performing sales and marketing activities which are related to promote the company’s products/services through addressing or predicting clients’ objectives.
  • Prepares sales plans using company tools. Performs regular status reviews and proposes recovery plan(s) in cases of potential order shortfalls.
  • Identifies and drives the development of new market opportunities in the designated market and ensures know-how sharing and cross-collaboration.
