We are looking for an R&D Project Specialist who can coordinate the ZZG’s R&D programs in R&D and Technology Development Zone, project follow-up and processes within the scope of R&D, and who has a good command of R&D legal regulations and can move the company's position forward within national and international programs. 

Required Skills, Knowledge, and Experience;

• 5+ years of experience in a related area
• Bachelor's degree or higher in the engineering field.
• Expertise in R&D center incentives
• Preferably experience is the software industry
• Analytical and problem-solving skills, out-of-the-box thinking.
• Self-motivated and self-driven
• Fluent/Excellent spoken and written English.

What You Will Do at ZZG;

• Planning and coordinating ZZG’s R&D grant programs in the Bilişim Vadisi R&D Zone 
• Follow-up of new project applications within the scope of R&D and innovation, preparation, and project documents
• Writing project proposals for R&D and innovation support programs and preparing technical and financial reports, making presentations to referees
• Supporting and coordinating project technical leaders during the preparation of technical reports
• Developing the in-house R&D culture
• Creating and tracking monthly man-month project efforts distributions
• Facilitate interaction and workflow between project team members, including third-party service providers, to ensure deliverables are on time
• Helping with Customer Success Teams to support the onboarding process of the ZZG’s SaaS solutions.
